Which Notion property types work best with charts?

NotionStats reads your Notion properties to build charts, calendars, and milestones. Different chart types expect different property types:

    • Date property — use for time-series charts (line, bar over time) and for calendars.
    • Number property — use for the value you want to sum, average, or chart on the Y-axis.
    • Select or Status property — use for grouping (e.g. spending categories, trading setups, habit types).
    • Checkbox property — use for completion tracking. NotionStats can count checked rows as a value.
    • Formula property — supported as long as the formula's output is a number, date, or string.
    • Title property — works as an X-axis when you want to group by row name (e.g. completion count per habit).
